If your child is absent from school, please send in a note with the reason for their absence when he/she returns to school. This helps me to know what illnesses may be going around school, and on occasion, report to the Health Department if any health alerts are received.

If your child was injured and seen in the Emergency Room or Doctor's office, please include a copy of that note so I know if any follow-up with activity restriction is necessary in school.
