HPCSD Absentee Ballot Request

You may apply for an application to vote by absentee ballot if you are unable to appear in person on the day of the election due to being hospitalized, your duties, occupations, business or studies (for college students); vacation, etc. Applications are available through the District Clerk. The official voting ballot is then issued after receipt of the completed application and must be returned to the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the vote.
