Shall the Board of Education of the Hyde Park Central School District be authorized to transfer an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 from the District’s existing unexpended and unreserved fund balance to the District’s Repair Reserve Fund established for the purpose of paying for repairs to capital improvements or equipment that do not recur annually.
