Harvest Celebration

Well we couldn't go to the farm this year so we decided to bring the farm to Hyde Park Elementary!
Our wonderful PTA, parents, staff and local farmers worked together to make this happen. Farmer Hahn from Hahn's Farm, Jan Czeck from Terhune Orchard and Farmer Athanas from Athanas's farm supplied us with Indian Corn, gourds, pumpkins, apples and sunflower heads all at a wonderful price!
Our PTA made a large donation and our parents sent in $1.00 per child! The HPE staff worked hard to pull this all together and the children in Kindergarten, T1, First grade and self contained classes all had a fabulous time. Here are some photos and a movie to show you what a great time we had!
