Exercise US! - 10/1/09
We Participated in the First Ever Exercise US!
This
is a national program to promote the value of exercise for children.
It will happen each year on the first Thursday in October.
Children participate in a "Wave" of exercise by exercising for 15 minutes in a particular time slot. The event begins at 8:00 am on the East Coast and ends at 3:00 pm on the West Coast!
