The students at Ralph R. Smith Elementary School along with Mrs. Dianne Knapp, RRS Art Teacher, participated in an event to create a 1940s Presidential Campaign Placard for a march that was held in recreation of a historic Hyde Park Election Eve Torchlight Parade.
